| Click
here to download the
folder. |

| Once
the folder has been downloaded,
unzip the folder and extract
the files. Once done, open
the folder “MTK USB
Driver_v1.0821”. You
will see an installation
file called “InstallDriver”.
Please double click on the
file and the driver will
be installed. |

| Once
the Driver is successfully
installed, return to the
main folder and open folder
called “PhoneSuite”.
Here you will find a set
up file called “PhoneSuit_setup”.
Double click on it to install
the phone suite. |

| Step
4: |
| Once
the software has successfully
installed, Start up the
newly installed software
by going into your start
up menu. After the software
has loaded, while keeping
the software window open,
plug in your Neo Phone and
select the “Sync”
option on the phone screen. |

| Wait
a few minutes till your
computer detects the new
device and you will see
a POP up at the bottom of
your screen that will say
that the driver is being
installed. See image below: |

| After
it is completed, the same
window will say that it
has been installed and also
mention what COM Port your
phone is connected to. See
image below: |

| Step
6: |
| You
can now go to the settings
Tab on the left of the phone
suite software and make
sure the correct COM Port
is selected. As shown below,
the COM port is “COM4”
which we should change to
“COM5” as that
is where the phone is connected.

You
may also select the default
setting of “Phone”
or “SIM”.
Also, select the “Load……..Outlook”
option so the software can
load the contents of your
outlook. |

7: |
| Returning
to the Phonebook Tab, the
software will ask you if
you want to import the information
from your phone. If you
select “Yes”,
the contacts will start
to be loaded. |

| To
transfer the contacts to
your phone, simple copy
the contacts and select
the “Handset Folder”
and past it there. The contacts
will be transferred to your
phone. |
